Martais D. Watkins, 26, of Beardstown, pleaded guilty to the charge of delivery of narcotics. Watkins was placed on 36 months probation, sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for 57 days served, remaining jail time is stayed until further review, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $3,052, and granted time to pay.
Dustin L. Stanley, 24, of Rushville, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Stanley was fined in the amount of $378 plus costs for a total of $750 and granted time to pay.
Joseph C. Pate, 24, of Beardstown, pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of than 5,000 grams of cannabis. Pate was sentenced to eight years in the Department of Corrections with a recommendation for boot camp, given credit for 24 days served, fined in the amount of $4,000 plus costs for a total of $9,402, and granted time to pay.
