Edelson Garcia, 22, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal damage to property over $300 and possession of drug paraphernalia. Garcia was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served, fined in the amount of $638 plus costs for a total of $2,122, and granted time to pay.
Sheldon E. Eubanks, 24, of Arenzville pleaded guilty to the charge of dump garbage. Eubanks was fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $892 and granted time to pay.
Arutruo Salazar-Seba, 23, of Rushville pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of fraudulent identification card. Salazar-Seba was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served and fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $1,002.
