    Ashley N. Taylor, 20, of Meredosia pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance.     Chadwick R. Treadway, 29, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of battery. Treadway was fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $902 and granted time to pay.

    Rodolfo Garcia, 27, of Beardstown plead guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Garcia was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served and fined in the amount of $250 plus costs for a total of $2,517.
    Jason R. Schreieck, 42, of Beardstown plead guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. Schreieck was fined in the amount of $750 total on the possession of drug paraphernalia charge and fined in the amount of $100 plus costs on the possession of cannabis charge.  Schreieck's fines and costs totaled $1,495.
Cass Co. Sheriff
    A Virginia teen who was missing for about a day last week was later located “alive and safe in Oklahoma,” according to the Cass County Sheriff’s office.
    Mary L. Budrick, 16, was reported missing by her mother who last saw the teen at 6 a.m. Tuesday, July 7. When the mother returned home at 10 a.m., her daughter was missing and a car was gone, according to an Illinois State Police alert.
    She was believed to be accompanied by Russell Wade, 45, of California.
    The teen was found at approximately 3:33 a.m. Wednesday, July 8. Wade was not with her.

    Mauricio Perez-Cordova, 28, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery. Perez-Cordova was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $1,212, and granted time to pay.
    Jason W. Devore, 34, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of violating an order of protection. Devore was placed on 12 months probation, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $552, and granted time to pay.
    Valery M. Clayton, 22, of Ashland pleaded guilty to the charge of sale of alcohol to a minor. Clayton was placed on six months court supervision, fined in the amount of $500 total, and granted time to pay.
    Mohamed Belhajjam, 37, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct. Belhajjam was placed on six months court supervision, fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $552, and granted time to pay.
    Kevin M. Brown, 27, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. Brown was fined in the amount of $478 plus costs for a total of $1,495, and granted time to pay.
    Dylan M. Armstrong, 24, of Springfield pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of cannabis more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams. Armstrong was placed on six months court supervision, sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $1,047, and granted time to pay.
    David T. Burget, 55, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated driving under the influence of alcohol while license revoked. Burget was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to 15 days in jail with credit for 15 days served, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $3,085, and granted time to pay.
    Anthony H. Fox, 56, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. Fox was fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $902, and granted time to pay.
    Tiffany L. Mayes, 32, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of battery. Mayes was sentenced to 11 days in jail with credit for 11 days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $272, and granted time to pay.
