Dustin W. Daniels, 32, of Granite City pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery. Daniels was sentenced to 11 days in jail with credit for 11 days served, fined in the amount of $300 plus costs for a total of $1,007, and granted time to pay.
James Waters, 45, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of violation of an order of protection. Waters was fined in the amount of $250 plus costs for a total of $952 and granted time to pay.
Vincent L. Cooper, 33, of Arenzville pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery. Cooper was placed on 12 months probation, sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $952, and granted time to pay.
Kendra A. Kallas, 41, of Arenzville pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery. Kallas was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to five days jail with credit for five days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $1,252, and granted time to pay.
