Nathaniel J. Rohr, 21, of Springfield pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams. Rohr was placed on six months court supervision, fined in the amount of $750 total on Count I, fined in the amount of $100 plus costs on Count II, and granted time to pay. Rohr’s fines and costs total $1,505.
James C. Childers, 37, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of battery. Childers was placed on six months court supervision, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $1,067, and granted time to pay.
Teasia K. Clancy, 39, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of battery. Clancy was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for seven days served, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $902, and granted time to pay.
Ronald C. Berry, 47, of Virginia pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery. Berry was sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $1,192, and granted time to pay.
Martin Carrillo-Rico, 43, of Monmouth pleaded guilty to the charge of assault. Carrillo-Rico was sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served, fined in the amount of $1,000 plus costs for a total of $1,612, and granted time to pay.
Dillon M. Roberts, 24, of Ashland pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal trespass to residence. Roberts was placed on six months court supervision, sentenced to three days jail with credit for three days served, fined in the amount of $200 plus costs for a total of $722, and granted time to pay.
Josie Lynn Coleman, 21, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to a charge of battery. Coleman was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to 180 days jail with credit for 68 days served, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $1,483, and granted time to pay.
Ruth A. Illias, 45, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charges of battery and resisting a peace officer. Illias was fined $500 plus costs for each charge for a total of $1,637, and granted time to pay.
Jeremia R. Oliveras-Ortiz, 24, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to a charge of threatening a public official. Oliveras-Ortiz was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to 180 days in jail with credit for two days served with remaining jail time stayed until further review, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $1,972, and granted time to pay.
