Jonnie D. Schnake, 28, of Arenzville pleaded guilty to the charge of unlawful possession of another’s identification card. Schnake was placed on 12 months supervision, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $572, and granted time to pay.
John R. Colson, 40, of Lewistown pleaded guilty to the charge of violation of an order of protection. Colson was sentenced to 16 days in jail with credit for 16 days served, $200 plus costs for a total of $887, and granted time to pay.
Linney J. Smith, 37, of La Belle pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Smith was sentenced to 18 months in the Illinois Department of Corrections with one year Mandatory Supervised Release, given credit for 31 days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $1,537, and granted time to pay.
Richard A. Sampson, 29, of Ashland pleaded guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct. Sampson was fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $437, and granted time to pay.
Christopher W. Nash, 20, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of stolen property over $500.00 in value. Nash was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to 5 days in jail with credit for 5 days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $1,227.00, and granted time to pay.
