John M. Bearden, 54, of Virginia pleaded guilty to the charge of electronic harassment. Bearden was placed on six months court supervision, sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served, fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $462, and granted time to pay.
Haley N. Summers, 21, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of a hypodermic needle. Summers was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to 52 days in jail with credit for 52 days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $2,429, and granted time to pay.
