Quinton J. Lenover, 18, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of consumption of liquor by a minor. Lenover was placed on six months court supervision, fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $402, and granted time to pay.
Larry W. Perez Cuesta, 44, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of theft under $500. Perez Cuesta was fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $902 and granted time to pay.
Troy W. Phillips, 46, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery. Phillips was placed on six months court supervision, sentenced to four days in jail with credit for four days served, fined in the amount of $250 plus costs for a total of $852, and granted time to pay.
Michael D. Rogers, 35, of Virginia pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal damage to government supported property less than $500. Rogers was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to 48 days in jail with credit for 48 days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $1,258, and granted time to pay.
Jason Perkins, 39, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charges of aggravated assault to a police officer and disorderly conduct. Perkins was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served, fined in the amount of $1,000 plus costs for a total of $1,637, and granted time to pay.
