Felecia C. Holmes, 19, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of theft over $500. Holmes was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to eight days in jail with credit for eight days served, ordered to pay all court costs including restitution in the amount of $1,100 for a total of $2,092, and granted time to pay.
Kayle C. Cottingham, 23, of Petersburg pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Cottingham was fined in the amount of $750 total and granted time to pay.
Logan R. Collins, 25, of Chandlerville pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery. Collins was placed on six months court supervision, sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $742, and granted time to pay.
Dawry Hernandez-Robles, 20, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of resisting a peace officer. Hernandez-Robles was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $917, and granted time to pay.
Ana A. Guzman, 24, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal damage to property less than $300. Guzman was placed on six months court supervision, sentenced to one day in jail with credit for one day served, fined in the amount of $200 plus costs for a total of $687, and granted time to pay.
Cody J. Kassing, 28, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct. Kassing was sentenced to two days in jail with credit for two days served, fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $592, and granted time to pay.
Ashley M. Palmer, 32, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct. Palmer was placed on six months supervision, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $322, and granted time to pay.
Juan Antonia Juarez-Franco, 33, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of theft of lost or mislaid property. Juarez-Franco was placed on six months court supervision, fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $690, and granted time to pay.
Sheena C. Rockwell, 28, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of a controlled substance. Rockwell was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for five days served, remaining jail time is stayed until further review, fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $2,992, and granted time to pay.
