Cody W. Lahr, 19, of Virginia pleaded guilty to the charge of theft over $500 but less than $10,000. Lahr was placed on 24 months second chance probation, sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 13 days served, remaining jail time stayed until further review, ordered to pay all court costs plus restitution for a total of $3,224, and granted time to pay.
Sean M. Winningham, 19, of Virginia pleaded guilty to the charge of Theft over $500.00 but less than $10,000. Tyler M. Ashcraft, 19, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Ashcraft was fined in the amount of $463 plus costs for a total of $1,495 and granted time to pay.
Donald D. Fagin, 43, of Chandlerville pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Fagin was fined in the amount of $750 plus costs for a total of $1,212 and granted time to pay.
Kevin P. Lakin, 19, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Lakin was fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $902 and granted time to pay.
Jose L. Ramirez, 19, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Ramirez was fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $902 and granted time to pay.
Brandon T. Velten, 30, of Virginia pleaded guilty to the charge of criminal trespass to land. Velten was sentenced to three days in jail with credit for three days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $277, and granted time to pay.
Nicholas L. Sample, 21, of Constatine, Mich. pleaded guilty to the charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Sample was fined in the amount of $468 plus costs for a total of $1,495 and granted time to pay.
Jimmy D. Pearson Jr., 38, of Pittsfield pleaded guilty to the charge of possession less than 2.5 grams of cannabis. Pearson was fined in the amount of $100 plus costs for a total of $902 and granted time to pay.
Raquel L. Johnston, 44, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct. Johnston was ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $277 and granted time to pay.
Timothy R. Mulligan, 44, of Springfield pleaded guilty to the charge of aggravated battery on a peace officer. Mulligan was placed on 24 months probation, sentenced to 180 days with credit for 51 days served, ordered to pay all court costs for a total of $1,242, and granted time to pay.
Richard M. Pagen, 51, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of disorderly conduct. Pagen was fined in the amount of $500 plus costs for a total of $907 and granted time to pay.
Danzel L. Hunter, 25, of Beardstown pleaded guilty to the charge of domestic battery. Hunter was sentenced to eight days in jail with credit for eight days served, fined in the amount of $750 plus costs for a total of $1,472 and granted time to pay.
